How many swirls do you need?

As a rough guide, one 6 pack covers a table area or doorway, while a lounge room or hall looks best with two or three packs spread evenly. Hang swirls at different heights from the ceiling so they spin and catch the light as air moves through the room; a fan or open window makes them twirl more. Because swirls are so light, removable hooks or a small piece of tape is all you need to hold each one. Keep the ends clear of candles and heaters, and above head height where people walk.
