How to put together a Toy Story party

For 16 kids, buy two packs of plates and cups, one pack of napkins and two 8 Pack Toy Story Paper Hat packs. Favours are easy: 24 Pack Toy Story Stickers ($4.49), 8 Pack Toy Story Tattoos ($5.99), 12 Pack Buzz Lightyear Notepad Favors or the Toy Story 4 Mega Mix Value Pack ($20.99). Mix themed balloons with plain blue, red, yellow and green, and hang the swirls over the food table. A parent in the Woody costume makes a good host for games and photos in front of the scene setter.
