What is in the edible cake decorations range

Picks include Over The Top Edible Bling Rainbow Pearls 70g ($7.99), SPRINKS Blue Sanding Sugar 85g ($5.99) and 4mm Gold Cachous 85g ($7.99). For covering and piping, Over The Top White Buttercream 425g is $14.99 and Over the Top Premium Fondant 250g comes in colours like Sky Blue and Sun Yellow for $10.79. Add shimmer with Edible Silver Dust Food Colouring Dust Powder 10ml ($8.99), or go all out with the Over the Top 5 Pieces 24K Gold Leaf Transfer Sheet ($35.99). You will also find food colouring, cake toppers and piping bags to finish the job.

How to make edible letters for cakes

If you want a name or message on your cake, there are two easy ways. For writing straight onto fondant or firm icing, use the Over the Top 2 Pack Dual Tip Black Gourmet Food Pens ($12.99) or the 6 Pack Sprinks Pastel Pack Edible Food Pen Set ($15.99); let the surface dry first so the ink does not bleed. For raised edible cake letters, roll out Over the Top Premium Fondant thinly, cut letters with small cutters from our moulds and cookie cutters, and let them firm up before placing them. A little Sprinks Edible Glue 100ml ($11.99) holds letters and decorations in place without sliding.
