A simple car wash routine

Wash in the shade so soap does not dry into spots. Do the wheels first with a separate brush, then wash the body from the roof down with a mitt, rinsing it often. Dry with a microfibre towel straight after rinsing, and apply tyre shine last so it does not get splashed. Once a month, check tyre pressure with a gauge against the figure on the placard inside the driver's door. Keep booster cables and a fuse kit in the boot. For L and P plates, check the current NSW rules on where they must be displayed.
