How to set up a rainbow candy buffet

Arrange jars in colour order, red through to purple, so the table reads as a rainbow from across the room. Use single colour lollies in each jar where you can and save mixed bags like jelly beans for a centre jar. As a guide, allow about 100g to 150g of lollies per guest, a little more if the lollies double as take home favours. Put a scoop or tongs in every jar, place lollipops upright in a cup or vase for height, and set out treat bags at the end of the table.
