What is in the gift bags range

Most printed designs come in three sizes: Medium 23x18x10cm at $2.00, Large 32x26x12cm at $2.50 and Xlarge 42x31x12cm at $2.99. That covers Birthday Delight, Everyday Birthday, Elegant Butterfly and Elegant Golden Marble. For babies there are Welcome Baby, Baby Boy and Baby Girl bags, and kids will like Party Animals, Unicorn Dreams and Playful Adventure Foiled. Bottles fit the Foil Stripe Bottle Gift Bag (36cm x 12.3cm x 8.5cm, $1.80) or the Mens Celebration Sips Bottle Gift Bag ($2.00). Plain options include 5 Pack Metallic Paper Party Bags in gold, silver, blue, pink and rose gold. The Pastel Foldable Magnetic Gift Box comes in 23.5cm ($7.99), 35cm ($9.99) and 43cm ($11.99).

Matching the bag size to the gift

Pick a bag a little bigger than the gift so it slides in without tearing the gusset. Medium bags suit candles, jewellery, a mug or a small book. Large bags take folded clothing or a boxed toy. Xlarge bags handle plush toys, bigger boxes and bundles of several small gifts. Wine and spirits go in a bottle bag, which keeps the neck upright. Put the heaviest item at the bottom, add two or three sheets of tissue on top to hide the contents, and tie a tag to the handle.
