Birthday & Party Invitations

Party invitations set the tone before anyone arrives, and our birthday invitation packs start at just $2.50. The Base Warehouse stocks themed postcard invites, folded invitation cards and invites with envelopes, so you can order online or shop in person at one of our NSW stores.

What is in the birthday invitation range

Character favourites include the 8 Pack Paw Patrol Adventures Postcard Invitations at $4.79, the 8 Pack Marvel Avengers Powers Unite Postcard Invitations at $4.79 and the 8 Pack Magical Unicorn Postcard invitations at $3.99. For girls birthday invitations, the 8 Pack Minnie Mouse Forever Deluxe Foil Invitations & Envelopes (17cm x 14cm) are $11.99 and the 8 Pack Boho Birthday Girl Invitations Postcard is $3.99. Sporty kids suit the 8 Pack Basketball Fan Folded Invitations (15cm) at $2.50 or the 8 Pack Soccer Fan Folded Invitations at $3. Want a plain card? The 6 Pack White Kraft Cards & Envelopes (11.2cm x 16.3cm) are $3. Once the invites are out, plan the rest with party themes, party favours and birthday banners.

When to send birthday party invitations

Send invitations around two to three weeks before the party, and a little earlier around school holidays when families book up. Write the date, start and finish times, address, any theme or dress up request and an RSVP contact with a reply date. Mention allergies or what to bring if it matters. Most packs hold eight, so count the guest list and grab an extra pack for last minute additions. Cheap party invites do not have to look cheap, and a themed postcard pack is a simple way to match the decorations.

Shop party invitations in store or online

Buy invites early so they are ready to hand out at school or daycare. Order online for delivery Australia wide, or shop in person at any of our stores across New South Wales: Gregory Hills, Brookvale, Menai, Erina Fair, Lake Haven, Tuggerah and Wagga Wagga.
