Organisation & Storage

Home storage and organisation gets easier with the right container, and our range has more than 500 baskets, boxes, trays, hangers and trolleys from $1.20. It covers every room, from bathroom caddies and drawer trays to 130L heavy duty boxes for the garage. The Base Warehouse has been trading since 1989, and we stock storage in sizes that suit small units and big family homes.

What is in the organisation and storage range

For boxes, there is the Clear Essentials Stackable Box in 10.5L ($7.99) and 20L ($11.99), plus the Heavy Duty Storage Box from 32L ($14.99) up to 130L ($53.99). Drawers and benches get Crystal Storage Trays from 16cm x 16cm x 5cm ($3.49), a Non-Slip Tray at 9cm x 9cm x 5cm ($1.20) and a Round Lazy Susan With Gold Handles ($14.99). Woven looks include seagrass and water hyacinth baskets, plus Small, Medium and Large Weave Baskets from $4.99. Laundry is covered by clothes airers with 12, 20 or 21 rails, 3 Pack Velvet Hangers and a Single Garment Rack with Wheels, while the Boxsweden Move 3 Tier and 4 Tier Trolleys ($49.99) roll wherever you need them.

How to choose storage that fits

Measure first. Check the height of a shelf or the gap under the bed, then compare it to the dimensions in the product title; the Heavy Duty Underbed Storage Box holds 45L. Use clear boxes for things you need to find quickly, like seasonal clothes or craft supplies, and solid boxes such as the Boxsweden Solid Warm Grey range for things you would rather not see. Stackable boxes free up floor space in wardrobes and garages. In drawers, combine trays of different sizes so small items stop sliding around. Save baskets for open shelving where looks matter.
