How to plan a New Year's Eve party

Pick two metallics, such as gold and black, and keep everything in that palette. For 10 guests, allow a hat and a noisemaker each. Hang a fringe curtain behind the drinks table as a photo backdrop, add a disco ball and banner, then scatter confetti on the tables. Serve on 10 Pack Cheers Hexagon Paper Plates - 23cm. For a Gatsby-style night, add the Mens Black Sequin Vest, 1920s Faux Pearl Necklace or Womens Red Flapper Cloche Hat. Supervise young kids with balloons.
