How to hang an air filled banner

Air fill these with a hand pump or straw rather than helium, since the phrase only needs to hold its shape, not float. String letters or a script phrase along a length of balloon ribbon and tape or pin each end so the banner sits level. Leave a little slack between letters so the wording reads clearly from a distance.
