Welcome to The Base Warehouse VIP Program! Use of your VIP Card is subject to the following terms:
Your Lifetime VIP Discount
- Enjoy a 5% discount on eligible purchases for the lifetime of your active membership.
- The discount applies only to regular-priced items.
- It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- Exclusions: The discount cannot be applied to helium tanks or items already on sale or clearance.
Using Your VIP Card
- Present your VIP Card at the time of purchase to receive your discount.
- Valid for in-store purchases at any The Base Warehouse location.
- Not valid for online purchases.
Card & Program Management
- Your VIP Card is non-transferable and for your personal use only.
- Report lost or stolen cards to us immediately. A replacement may be issued at our discretion.
- The Base Warehouse reserves the right to modify or terminate the VIP Card program or these terms at any time without prior notice.
- The most up-to-date terms and conditions are always available on our website.
Other Important Information
- We are not responsible for any unauthorised use of your VIP Card.
