What is in the personal care range

Reading glasses come in powers from +1.50 to +3.50, including Ms Kitty Reading Glasses with spring hinges and Bamboo Look Arm frames at $5.99 each, plus cases and a spectacle cord. Grooming tools include the 8 Pack Deluxe Grooming Manicure Set In Carry Case ($4.79), Hot Pink Double Ended Tweezers, nail clippers and a 4 In 1 Pedicure Tool. For travel there is a Memory Foam Travel Neck Pillow ($11.99) and a Travel Inflatable Pillow ($3.99). Wet days are covered by White Golf Umbrellas in 60cm and 76cm and ponchos from $1.49. At home, there is an Exercise Yoga Mat at 180cm x 60cm, resistance training bands in X-Lite, Lite and Medium, and a 75cm Exercise Gym Ball. Hand creams and gift duets from Equilibrium, Alchemy and Flourish Organics round it out.

How to choose reading glasses and workout bands

With readers, the number is the strength. Try the smallest number that lets you read a phone comfortably at your normal distance, and keep a spare pair where you read most. An optometrist can confirm the right strength for you. For the resistance training bands, the name tells you the width: X-Lite is 6.4mm, Lite is 13mm and Medium is 19mm, all 208cm long. Start with a narrower band and move up as you get used to the movement. For more everyday essentials, see our toiletries and hair, skin and nails ranges.
