How to put a costume together from the bottom up

Choose the bottoms by era or colour first. Bell bottoms or a disco skirt suit a disco party, while neon fishnet shorts, leg warmers and fishnet leggings suit an 80s outfit. For a colour day, metallic leggings or shorts in the house colour do most of the work. Check size in the title, as some pieces are listed Small, Medium or Large. Add a top from costume shirts and tops or browse costume clothing.
