How to build a costume around a shirt or top

Start with the top, then add two or three accessories. A swashbuckler shirt plus a hat, belt and boots gives a pirate costume. A psychedelic shirt with round glasses and flares suits a hippie party. A neon mesh top works over a singlet with leggings for 80s night. Check sizing in the title: singlets are One Size, while some shirts come in Standard, XL or Plus. Match bottoms from costume bottoms or browse all costume clothing.
