How much disposable tableware do you need?

Start with your guest count and the menu. If you are serving a meal and then birthday cake, allow a dinner plate and a smaller lunch plate for each guest, plus a few spares. Cups go missing quickly as people put drinks down and grab a fresh one, so two or three per person is sensible for a long party, and the same goes for napkins. Buying plates and cups in the same colour makes a mixed set look planned, and the reusable plates, bowls and cutlery can be rinsed and packed away for the next celebration.

Shop party tableware in store or online

Lay the table out the day before so any gaps show up while there is still time to fill them. Order online for delivery Australia wide, or shop in person at any of our stores across New South Wales: Gregory Hills, Brookvale, Menai, Erina Fair, Lake Haven, Tuggerah and Wagga Wagga.
