How to apply fake tattoos

Fake tattoos go on best over clean, dry skin with no lotion. Cut out the design, peel off the clear film, press the tattoo face down, then hold a damp cloth or sponge on the back for about 30 seconds before sliding the paper away. Let it dry and avoid rubbing it for a few minutes. To remove one, rub gently with baby oil or soap and warm water, or press sticky tape on and lift it off. As with anything that goes on skin, try a small patch first on sensitive skin, and keep tattoos away from the eyes.
