Party Garlands

A party garland adds colour along a wall, table edge or doorway without taking up any floor space, and The Base Warehouse stocks garlands from $2.99 in paper, foil, tassel and pom pom styles. You will find birthday garlands, tropical and fiesta themes and character designs in one range. Order online for delivery or shop in person at our NSW stores.

What is in the party garlands range

Paper garlands include 300cm lengths such as the Sun, Cocktail, Fruit, Toucan and Fish Paper Garlands at $10.79 each, plus the 2.7m Hot Pink Dots Paper Garland at $5.50 and the 213cm Gamer Birthday Paper Garland at $3.49. For shine, the 2.13m Gold Honeycomb Ball Garland is $6.99, the Glitz & Glam Foil Garland is $7.99 and the 2m Gold Beaded Garland is $3.99. Tassel fans can choose the 12 Piece Magenta Tassel Garland (300cm) at $14.99 or the Rose Gold Metallic Foil Tassel Garland Kit at $35.99. Pair a garland with party banners, hanging swirls or a party backdrop.

How to choose and hang a garland

Measure the space first: a 2m to 3m garland suits most tables and doorways, while a long wall may need two joined together. Paper garlands are light and hang easily with removable hooks or tape. A paper garland kit or tassel kit lets you space the pieces yourself and trim the length to fit. Let the garland dip slightly in the middle rather than pulling it tight, which looks softer and puts less strain on the ends. For an outdoor party, the Polyester Outdoor Palm Tree Garland (300cm) at $6.99 copes with a breeze better than paper, and the Flamingo Led lights garland at $11.99 keeps the table glowing after dark.
