What is in the fairy floss range

For purple, the Fluffy Crunch Gourmet Sour Grape Fairy Floss Tub 50g is the pick. Other Fluffy Crunch flavours include Strawberry, Watermelon, Sour Watermelon, Mango, Pina Colada, Bubble Gum, Sour Apple, Strawberry Lemonade, Unicorn Dreams and Galaxy Pop Rocks in 50g tubs, plus dessert styles such as Salted Caramel, Choc Mint Cookies, Crushed Cookies and Fluffy Tella in 60g tubs. The Fluffy Crunch Sour Cola 50g is another crowd pleaser. Build out a dessert table with gummy lollies, rainbow lollies, jars and urns and more lollies and confectionery.

How to serve fairy floss at a party

Fairy floss collapses when it meets moisture, so keep tubs sealed until just before serving and keep them away from ice buckets, drinks tables and humid spots. The small 15g packs suit party bags and lolly buffets because each guest gets their own. For a dessert table, open two or three gourmet tubs in contrasting colours, such as blue raspberry, strawberry and sour grape, and pile the floss into clear jars or cones. Fairy floss also makes a quick topper for cupcakes, milkshakes and hot chocolate; add it right at the end so it keeps its fluffy look.
