How to put together a balloon arrangement set

Check the contents of each set before you start, then inflate the balloons with air or helium before putting the garland together. Add a balloon weight at the base of a stand kit like the Circle Balloons Stand Holder Kit so it does not tip over once the balloons are attached. Scatter a little confetti through clear balloons before filling them for extra detail, rather than adding it once they are already up.
