Congratulations

Our congratulations balloons and gifts range has 30 products for marking a win: a new job, an engagement, a graduation or any result worth celebrating. It covers foil balloons, banners, a cake topper, table cover, napkins and gift bears, from $2.99 to $35.99. The Base Warehouse has been supplying celebrations since 1989.

What is in the congratulations range

Round 45cm foils make up most of the range: the Congratulations Painterly Burst Foil Balloon ($7.99), Congrats Star and Congrats Shooting Star foils ($6.99) and the Congratulations Foil Balloon at $4.79. For a bigger statement, the Rose Gold Congrats Phrase Foil Balloon measures 142cm x 71cm and the Congratulations Stacked Stars Foil Balloon 107cm x 63cm. Banners include the Congratulations Colourful Foil Banner (3.65m) and the Congratulations Swirl Holographic Banner (2.7m). For the cake there is the Gold Congrats Mirror Finish Plastic Cake Topper and the Congratulations Cake Banner at $2.99. Gift bears include the Graduation Bear 20cm ($11.99) and the Signature Bear ($35.99).

How to say congratulations

For a desk surprise, one 45cm foil on a weight is enough. For a party, hang a banner at the entry, cluster three or five foils by the cake and add the topper. A balloon and a bear make a gift under $50. For engagements, the Satin Congratulations On Your Engagement Foil Balloon is here, with more in our wedding and engagement decorations. Grads have their own graduation party supplies, and there are more foil balloons to mix in.
