How to send a message balloon

A single 45cm message balloon filled with helium and weighted at the base travels well in a car and needs no wrapping. Pair it with a small latex bunch in a matching colour if you want more volume for the same message, or keep it as one balloon for a simple, low cost gesture. Foil balloons hold their helium for longer than latex, so it will still be floating by the time it is opened.
