Sprinks gel colours include Hot Pink, Grape, Grass Green, Magenta, Lemon, Coral, Purple, Navy and Brown at $4.79, plus Forest Green, Cement Grey and Maroon at $3.99. White food colouring is covered by Sprinks White Gel Colour at $4.79, handy for brightening buttercream. Our Food Colour Gel (25g) range is $5.99 each, with Black, Royal Blue, Emerald Green, Egg Yellow, Pastel Plum, Periwinkle and Neon Sunset. Chefmaster Liqua-Gel comes in Bakers Rose, Burgundy Wine, Neon Yellow and Lemon Yellow. For flavour, LorAnn Super Strength Flavour Oils (3.7ml) include Coconut and Caramel. How to use gel food colouring

Gel food colouring is more concentrated than a liquid food dye, so it colours icing without making it runny. Add a small amount on a toothpick, mix well, and build up slowly, as colours deepen as icing sits. Deep shades like black, brown and navy need more colour, so mix them ahead and let them rest before you pipe. For grey food colouring, Sprinks Cement Grey saves mixing black into white. Colour enough for the whole cake in one batch so the shade matches.
