Christmas Picks & Stems

Christmas picks and stems are an easy way to fill a vase, dress a wreath or bulk out a tree, and we have more than 150 in stock from under $3. The Base Warehouse is a family business that has been trading since 1989, with stores across NSW and delivery Australia wide. The range covers artificial Christmas stems, Christmas floral picks, sprays, drops and clips, all part of our Christmas shop.

What is in the Christmas picks and stems range

Poinsettias lead the range, most at 50cm, such as the Champagne Poinsettia Stem at $10.79 and the Arctic Blue Velvet Poinsettia Stem at $10.79. Picks start at $2.50 for the Berry, Apple Or Pomegranate Picks at 10cm. Longer stems include the Silver Glitter Weeping Willow Stem at 137cm for $21.99 and the Crystal Drop Stem at 100cm for $19.99. Clips such as the Champagne Poinsettia & Magnolia Clip at 14cm for $6.99 fix straight onto branches.

How to choose picks and stems

Match the length to the job. Picks of 10cm to 30cm tuck into wreaths and table centres, 50cm stems suit a vase or the front of a tree, and drops over 100cm add movement to a tall tree or a stair rail. Choose one lead colour, such as sage, plum, platinum or midnight blue, and add white or champagne as an accent. Stems also lift a plain Christmas wreath or a length of pine garland along the mantel.

Shop Christmas picks and stems in store or online

Picks and stems can be packed away and reused each December, so a few new colours before Christmas Day on Friday 25 December keep things fresh. Order online for delivery Australia wide, or shop in person at any of our 7 stores across New South Wales: Gregory Hills, Brookvale, Menai, Erina Fair, Lake Haven, Tuggerah and Wagga Wagga.
