Artificial Flowers & Plants

Our artificial flowers range covers more than 650 stems, sprays, bunches and plants, with plenty of single stems under $10. The Base Warehouse has been trading since 1989, and the size of this range means you can build a full arrangement, from focal flowers to greenery, in one order.

What is in the artificial flowers range

Roses include the Pink and White Real Touch Rose at 60cm for $14.99, the Cream Latte Long Stem Rose and dried-look roses in orange, peach and light pink. Real Touch Phalaenopsis Orchids with 7 flowers and one bud come in orange, purple and blue at 100cm. Native-inspired stems include the Pink King Protea at 50cm, Red Banksia at 73cm and Red Peach Kangaroo Paw Spray. For height and texture there is the Pampas Cream Spray at 100cm, White Reed Spray, Gum Leaf Spray Sage at 108cm and the Green Baker Fern Garland at 182cm.

How to arrange artificial flowers

Work in three layers. Start with greenery such as gum leaf or magnolia leaf sprays to set the shape, add one or two focal flowers like proteas, hydrangeas or peonies, then finish with fillers like baby breath or mini rose sprays. Cut stems to about one and a half times the height of the vase. Bend petals and leaves gently to look natural, and dust arrangements with a soft brush or a hair dryer on cool. Pick a vessel from our decorative vases, or go straight for ready-made artificial potted plants.
