Wrapping, craft and decorating tips

Crepe stretches, so it wraps round shapes like bottles and bouquets better than flat paper: gather it at the base and tie it with ribbon. For school projects, cut across the grain for fringing, and stretch the edge gently for a ruffle. National Gold and National Green are the pair to grab for green and gold sports days. To hang streamers, twist the strip as you go and tape each end at a corner of the room. Keep crepe dry, as wet dye can mark cloth.
