How to choose an adult costume size

Adult sizing varies by brand, so read the size in the title before you buy. Some costumes use dress sizes, like the Nun Womens Costume in 8 - 10 through to 16 - 18; others use S/M and L/XL, Small - Medium, Std or Plus; and OSFM means one size fits most. If you are between sizes, go up, because you may want a layer underneath and room to move and sit. For group costumes, agree on a theme first, then let everyone choose a version that fits their budget. Finish any outfit with a wig, hat or glasses, and if you are using makeup, do a patch test and follow the packet directions.
