How to plan catering packaging for an event

Start by deciding whether food will be eaten on the spot or taken away. For a grazing table, a sectional platter keeps dips, crackers and fruit apart and makes refilling simple. If you are delivering boxed lunches or individual grazing boxes, a window lid lets people see what is inside without opening it. Line boxes with greaseproof paper or the 24 Pack White Doilies at $4.79 so oily food does not mark the cardboard. Foil trays are the practical choice for anything that needs reheating, and cello bags are ideal for biscuits, lollies and leftover cake. Order a few extra containers to cover late guests and second helpings. If you are on the Central Coast, our Erina Fair store is a handy stop when you are planning party catering locally.
